Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Returns of certain types of goods are not permitted. Perishable items, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that are not returnable:
* Gift cards
* Personalized items
* Certain health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or original payment method is automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay.

Sale or promotion items (if applicable)
Only normal priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, items that are on sale or on sale are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that were originally faulty or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at contact@jinkwe.com and send your item to: 14 Av du Mal de Lattre de Tassigny, Mulhouse, Haut-Rhin, 68100, France.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave the gift had the order sent to them with the intention of giving it to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will therefore know that you returned their gift.


Shipping

To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: JK STORE, 14 Av du Mal de Lattre de Tassigny, Mulhouse, Haut-Rhin, 68100, France.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the product you received is damaged or does not match your order). These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
